MPower

MPower is a server-based data mart of account, product and customer profitability data. It allows you to leverage all of the input components to account-level profitability information - volumes and behavioral data with the outputs of the process - dollars of income and expense. And, it leverages that information along with a number of analysis fields to facilitate in-depth data mining and query capabilities.

Browser based, MPower can be a stand-alone operation at a financial institution or can provide multiple user access via an Intranet or LAN. Multiple security levels allow different users to view different levels of information and allow system administrators to limit access to potentially sensitive information.

* Behavioral - channel usage, profit decile or tier, delinquency, length of relationship, etc.
* Product related - open dates, maturity dates, LTV values, credit limit, etc.

eCRMview™

eCRMview™ is Market Line's deployment software that brings together key information to assist retail and commercial sales representatives in managing their customer relationships. It provides quick access to key dates and action items, customer and account details (including channel usage), profitability information, and reporting and analysis tools.

Browser based, eCRMview™ can be quickly deployed across an organization's Intranet without a large systems integration effort. Also, because all pertinent information can be viewed on one screen, it minimizes required training and promotes the efficient use of customer and profitability information. Multiple security levels allow different users to see their own information.
