KIM SUTHERLAND - Director and Chief Operating Officer.

Kim Sutherland is Director and Chief Operating Officer for Market Line Associates, with over 20 years of retail banking and marketing experience. Having joined the Company in 1992, she is currently responsible for the management of all of Market Line's profitability valuations.

She and her staff also assist clients with the integration of customer and account level profitability information into key client strategies and initiatives. Kim has been featured in many publications nationally as well as locally. She represents Market Line at all key industry conferences and speaks at most of the Banking, Delivery System, and financial partner forums.

Prior to joining Market Line, Kim was Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing for Provident Bank of Maryland. At Provident, in addition to other projects, she implemented account and household-level profitability valuations. She also served as the Product Manager of the 80-member de-novo team for Citibank of Maryland and Citicorp of Washington D.C. when they tested their market entry strategies in the Baltimore/Washington area.

Prior to working with Citicorp / Citibank she served as Product Manager and Research Manager for Central Fidelity Bank in Virginia.
